3. Service Offerings

We provide:

• Live coaching sessions and workshops on self-awareness and communication skills.
• Digital information products such as recorded courses, guides and tools.
• Physical goods including printed materials and merchandise.

4. Fees, Cancellations and Reimbursements

4.1 Live Services

Clients may:

• Cancel or transfer up to 7 days before start for full reimbursement or free rescheduling.
• Requests made less than 7 days prior cannot be honored due to logistical requirements.

If brightself cancels, clients will be offered rescheduling or full reimbursement.

4.2 Digital Information Products

Access to digital materials begins immediately upon purchase. No reimbursement is offered once access credentials have been provided. We encourage review of available previews and descriptions before purchase.

4.3 Physical Goods

Clients have the right to ship back goods within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unused and in original condition. Clients should contact us via the contact form to arrange shipment. Once we receive and inspect the goods, the fees will be reimbursed via the original payment mode within 14 days.

5. Liability and Dispute Resolution

brightself maintains liability only for direct issues caused by gross negligence. For any dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Swiss law applies exclusively, with jurisdiction in Bern, Switzerland.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The updated version will appear on our website with the effective date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
